My name is Danika and I'm 32 years old. I just graduated from residency as an OB/GYN. What does that mean? It means I just became a doctory-doctor. Now I'm out in the working world and I'm also working on myself. As this is a much bigger challenge than I'm ready to undertake by myself, I started this blog so that I'd have support as I go through one of the biggest battles of my life: my battle with my weight. It's going to be tough, but I think if I have enough people watching me, it'll keep me motivated. That, and failing in public is a lot more humiliating than failing by yourself.
